Quando ho iniziato avevo dei problemi enormi alla schiena, che mi impedivano anche i movimenti più semplici. Grazie alle lezioni e ai suoi consigli, ho imparato a gestirmi, tanto che i problemi sono notevolmente diminuiti. Devo dire che frequento volentieri le sue lezioni, che fanno bene sia dal punto di vista fisico che mentale.
