Premetto che ho convinto tutti i miei amici a fare una deviazione di diversi km dal nostro viaggio per pranzare da voi a Terni. Arriviamo alle 13:15 con grande entusiasmo per la vostra porchetta e ci viene detto che tutti gli ingredienti per i panini sono finiti tranne la mozzarella. Ci accontentiamo e prendiamo (purtroppo) 6 panini porchetta e mozzarella. Veramente deludente considerando che sui social mostrano pesti di pistacchio, pomodori secchi, verdure grigliate, burrate ecc ecc Ma il pane è stata la cosa più terribile. Panini croccanti? Tranci di pizza bianca fumante? Quello solo sui social. Il pane era duro e secco tanto che abbiamo fatto fatica a finire i panini perché i bocconi non scendevano giù. Prezzo ovviamente sopra la media. Siete stati veramente una grandissima delusione, non solo per me ma anche per tutti i miei amici. Really disappointing considering that on social networks they show pistachio pesto, dried tomatoes, grilled vegetables, burrata, etc. But the bread was the most terrible thing. Crispy sandwiches? Slices of steaming white pizza? The one only on social media. The bread was hard and dry so much that we struggled to finish the sandwiches because the bites did not come down. Price obviously above average. You have been truly a huge disappointment, not only for me but also for all my friends.

Fortunatamente nn mi son fatta influenzare da qualche recensione senza senso.....(ricordatevi che non state al programma 4ristoranti) Dai video si capisce benissimo che é una macelleria!! Il ragazzo che ci ha servito oggi, Gentilissimo. Prossimamente Farò sicuramente un ordine online per assaggiare anche i salumi. Spectacular porchetta !! Il famoso e rinomato panino con la porchetta favoloso mai mangiata una porchetta di questo livello, per non parlare del prosciutto tagliato a mano... Altri livelli veramente. La porchetta molto buona, con parti croccanti deliziose e alcune parti anche caramellate (in certi punti un po' troppo). Nel complesso un buon panino, da gustare quando la fame è tanta. Ci ritroviamo un prodotto totalmente diverso freddo e molliccio senza burrata e pistacchi. Nulla da dire per la mortadella, eccellente. Anche il panino con la porchetta eccellente ottima digeribilità. Ragazzi se non potete offrire un prodotto che pubblicizzate lo dovete far presente, soprattutto quando uno fa un ordine. Il pacco è arrivato dopo due giorni dalla spedizione e la carne all'interno era ancora fresca per fortuna ? (c'era ghiaccio sintetico in un contenitore di polistirolo). Il profumo della carne appena aperta la busta di plastica era divino. Dopo la cottura una squisitezza dô 10 e lode. Devo ancora aprire la porchetta e se tanto mi dà tanto...
