A	Alessandra on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono rivolta a questa struttura perché convenzionata con la mia assicurazione sanitaria, ho eseguito delle sedute di Tecar terapia e laser , la fisioterapista è stata competente e gentile ma non posso dire lo stesso della segreteria (tranne una eccezione). Sono stata ostacolata dal primo momento con lamentele e lunghe attese per poter firmare i voucher della assicurazione, le addette avevano sempre qualcosa di più importante da fare. Non trovo giusto avere avuto un trattamento di serie B solo perché non riescono ad organizzarsi, in tutte le strutture dove vado normalmente utilizzando gli stessi voucher trovo sempre tutto pronto per essere firmato e nessuno mi ha mai fatto tante storie come alla Fisiomed. Consiglio a chi come me utilizza una assicurazione privata di andare altrove. Io sicuramente non ci tornerò. I was obstructed from the first moment with complaints and long waits to be able to sign the insurance vouchers, the employees always had something more important to do. I do not find it right to have had a standard B treatment just because they cannot organize themselves, in all the establishments where I normally go using the same vouchers I always find everything ready to be signed and no one has ever made me as many stories as Fisiomed. I advise people like me who use private insurance to go elsewhere. I definitely won't be back.

Soprattutto l'osteopata , Lanfranco un professionista di altissimo livello, molto umano, preparato e mi ha guarito dalle vertigini dovute alla distorsione del collo... Bravo davvero! I recommend this center to everyone. Especially the osteopath, Lanfranco a very high level professional, very human, prepared and cured me of vertigo due to the sprained neck ... Really good!

Altamente consigliato dal mio chirurgo dopo un'operazione alla cuffia dei rotatori ed un inizio di riabilitazione a dir poco pessimo presso un centro convenzionato INAIL, ho subito trovato sollievo nelle saccenti mani delle fisioterapiste. Hanno capito la mia problematica sin dal primo momento e, nonostante le restrizioni del periodo COVID19, hanno operato nella massima igiene e serietà, rispettando le procedure dettate dai vari DL che si sono susseguiti. Un grandissimo grazie alla responsabile del centro, la sig.ra Valentina, sempre attenta alle esigenze della clientela, dove il paziente non è un semplice numero ma una PERSONA. E non posso non menzionare Livia e Carmela, due dee a cui va tutta la mia ammirazione per la loro professionalità. What about this physiotherapy center ... They understood my problem from the first moment and, despite the restrictions of the COVID19 period, they operated with the utmost hygiene and seriousness, respecting the procedures dictated by the various DLs that followed one another. A big thank you to the manager of the center, Ms Valentina, always attentive to the needs of customers, where the patient is not just a number but a PERSON. And I cannot fail to mention Livia and Carmela, two goddesses to whom all my admiration goes for their professionalism.

La cosa che mi ha subito colpito è la completa disponibilità verso il paziente, da subito mi sono sentito in ottime mani, professionisti preparati e pazienti. Sempre disponibili verso tutti i miei dubbi, domande e paure cercando di aiutarmi a capire meglio la mia situazione.
