Vengono proposti allenamenti specifici ad ogni esigenza (anche riabilitativa) al fine di conseguire al meglio i propri obiettivi . Il meglio che si possa chiedere ?? Finalmente un posto dove allenarsi diventa anche divertente!! I would define it as a special gym where the personal trainer is of a really high professional level to whom you can rely with extreme confidence. Specific training sessions are offered for every need (including rehabilitation) in order to better achieve one's goals. The best you can ask for ?? Finally a place where training becomes fun too !!

Gli allenamenti sono pensati e strettamente personalizzati a seconda dei propri obiettivi ed esigenze (riabilitazione, preparazione atletica, dimagrimento tonificazione, ecc), mai ripetitivi o noiosi. Vengono proposti diversi pacchetti con personal trainer che includono anche una seduta dall'osteopata, accesso libero alla palestra e vari gadget. La palestra è ben rifornita, l'ambiente molto accogliente e ben lontano da quello delle palestre sovraffollate dove occorre mettersi in fila per usare un macchinario o rincorrere il personale per chiedere qualcosa. Consigliatissima! Passion and professionalism are the qualities that distinguish Stefano, the personal trainer. The workouts are designed and strictly customized according to your goals and needs (rehabilitation, athletic training, slimming, toning, etc.), never repetitive or boring. Various packages with personal trainers are offered which also include a session with the osteopath, free access to the gym and various gadgets. The gym is well stocked, the environment very welcoming and a far cry from that of overcrowded gyms where you have to line up to use a machine or run after the staff to ask for something.
