Grazie al loro supporto e al loro incoraggiamento, una persona pigra come me è riuscita finalmente ad ottenere dei risultati, a mangiare meglio e ad allenarsi costantemente. Sono veramente contenta :)) Highly recommended. Safe results and many satisfactions, a welcoming place where you feel almost at home. Thanks to their support and encouragement, a lazy person like me has finally managed to get results, to eat better and to train constantly. I'm really happy :))

A	Alberta Rocco on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bellissima palestra: le ragazze alla reception e assistenza tutte sempre gentili e disponibili con un sorriso genuino e accogliente; i personal trainer, anche loro gentili disponibili e simpatici, sono sempre molto attenti e veramente professionali. Gli allenamenti, le sessioni con i personal trainers, i controlli e le valutazioni periodiche del dimagrimento, tutto è organizzato con molta cura e precisione, non c'è nulla di approssimativo. Tutto questo in un ambiente ottimamente organizzato e attrezzato, accogliente e pure con veduta sul verde circostante che aiuta a liberarsi dagli stress e dai pensieri e a concentrarsi sull'allenamento e gli obiettivi. Unico rimpianto: non avere iniziato prima! (ma solo perché non conoscevo ancora questa palestra). La consiglio assolutamente a chi come me deve dimagrire, ma anche a chiunque voglia fare attività fisica sotto la guida di persone qualificate, in un bell'ambiente e in un clima sereno e allegro. All this in an excellently organized and equipped environment, welcoming and also with a view of the surrounding greenery which helps to get rid of stress and thoughts and to focus on training and goals. Only regret: not having started earlier! (but only because I didn't know this gym yet). I absolutely recommend it to anyone like me who needs to lose weight, but also to anyone who wants to exercise under the guidance of qualified people, in a beautiful environment and in a serene and cheerful atmosphere. M	Monica Lucherini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gli istruttori sono mediamente validi, i corsi sono diversificati quanto basta, le attrezzature e i locali di discreta qualità ma non sempre le condizioni in fase di colloquio pre-abbonamento vengono poi rispettate successivamente, tanti sorrisi ma solo di facciata. Poca trasparenza nella vendita degli abbonamenti e mancanza di comunicazione corretta con i responsabili. Assolutamente sconsigliata. Il personale, simpatico, disponibile e preparato riesce a capire le esigenze dei clienti e a soddisfarne le richieste. Periodicamente vengono effettuati incontri con gli istruttori volti a ridefinire obiettivi e a valutare i risultati raggiunti. È possibile svolgere anche sedute con personal trainer dedicato a pagamento e previo prenotazione. Buona la pulizia generale. Prezzi vantaggiosi soprattutto nella formula di abbonamento annuale.
