Really great physiotherapy center !! Friendly, polite, helpful and attentive to customer / patient needs specialist staff. If you are looking for professionalism and the right value for money, I highly recommend this structure. Special mention to the reception staff, prepared and capable, above all to direct the patient to the right specialist and with cordiality: congratulations to Melissa and Marcello.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pagate 10 sessioni di laser terapia ad inizio 2020, Ne ho fatte solo 4 e poi sono dovuto partire per una lunga stagione di lavoro fuori regione. Nel frattempo i disturbi si sono affievoliti e scomparsi. Nei mesi successivi ho chiamato diverse volte il centro, sempre parlando con la sig.ra Melissa e ricordandole il credito di 6 sessioni residue, che invitavo a formalizzare con un buono o qualsiasi altro strumento, da utilizzare in seguito. Ogni volta la predetta signora mi diceva che si sarebbe sentita con la proprietà e mi avrebbe fatto sapere. Non mi ha mai richiamato. Recentemente mi è insorta una patologia alla spalla e stavolta sono andato di persona per affrontare la questione con la sig.ra Melissa, spiegando che avrei apprezzato la conversione del mio credito in trattamenti per la spalla. Mi ha informato che la proprietà nel frattempo è cambiata e che gli avrebbe prospettato la questione, e che mi avrebbe richiamato. Anche stavolta non l'ha fatto, così anche stavolta, dopo qualche giorno, ho richiamato io. La sig.ra Melissa, con un certo imbarazzo, mi riferisce che ha parlato con la nuova proprietà, la quale non intende riconoscermi, nemmeno parzialmente, il mio credito che era stato prodotto durante la gestione precedente. Complimenti per la professionalità fin qui vista e la lungimiranza della nuova proprietà. Vista la mia esperienza, se scegliete di utilizzare il centro, raccomando vivamente di pagare un servizio alla volta, e di non acquistare pacchetti.
You paid 10 laser therapy sessions at the beginning of 2020, I only did 4 and then I had to leave for a long season of work outside the region. In the meantime the disturbances have subsided and disappeared. In the following months I called the center several times, always speaking with Ms Melissa and reminding her of the credit of 6 residual sessions, which I invited to formalize with a voucher or any other tool, to be used later. Each time the aforementioned lady told me that she would feel with the property and would let me know. He never called me back. I recently developed a shoulder condition and this time I went in person to discuss the matter with Ms Melissa, explaining that I would appreciate the conversion of my credit into shoulder treatments. He informed me that the ownership has changed in the meantime and that he would raise the matter to him, and that he would call me back. Again he didn't, so this time too, after a few days, I called back. Ms Melissa, with some embarrassment, tells me that she has spoken with the new owner, who does not intend to give me, even partially, my credit that had been produced during the previous management. Congratulations on the professionalism seen so far and the foresight of the new property. In my experience, if you choose to use the center, I strongly recommend that you pay one service at a time, and not buy packages.
