Probabilmente troppi appuntamenti presi ravvicinati. Peccato...metto una stella perché non posso mettere meno. Mai più

Ottimi fisioterapisti accolgono i pazienti adulti o bambini prestando attenzione alle varie esigenze e rendendo piacevoli e molto utili le ore di terapia. Ottimo centro per riabilitazione o semplicemente per rilassarsi e concedersi un trattamento estetico. Pulizia e norme Covid ampiamente rispettate. Ringrazio tutto il personale dall'attenta accoglienza ai Dottori . Sicuramente un posto di pregio per Tortona
Excellent medical center run by attentive and very competent professionals. Excellent physiotherapists welcome adult or child patients paying attention to their various needs and making the hours of therapy pleasant and very useful. Excellent center for rehabilitation or simply to relax and indulge in a beauty treatment. Cleanliness and Covid standards widely respected. I thank all the staff from the attentive reception to the Doctors. Certainly a prestigious place for Tortona

Non ho problemi a dire che la ragazza SARA che si occupa delle prenotazioni e’ stata a dir poco scortese e con la voglia di lavorare lasciata a casa.
Capisco che tutti siamo in un momento di difficoltà sia a livello lavorativo che di salute. Chi chiama non è per ordinare un pranzo o una cena ma persone che necessitano di un tAmpone perché stanno male.
Assolutamente NON consiglio questo posto !!!!!!!!!!

I have no problem saying that the SARA girl who takes care of the reservations was nothing short of rude and left at home with the desire to work.
I understand that we are all in a difficult time both at work and in health. Whoever calls is not to order a lunch or dinner but people who need a tea because they are sick.
I absolutely DO NOT recommend this place !!!!!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho chiamato il giorno 30/12 per prenotare 3 tamponi per adulti e 2 tamponi per bambini molto piccoli.. uno di 2 mesi e uno di 1 anno e mezzo per sospetto covid.
Dopo ripetuti tentativi di mettermi in contatto mi è stato risposto prima di richiamare mezz'ora dopo, poi che sarei stata richiamata nel pomeriggio o la mattina seguente.. Ad oggi non ho ancora ricevuto la telefonata di nessuno. Lo interpreto come indice di scarsa serietà professionale.
Non lo consiglio!!!
I called on 12/30 to book 3 swabs for adults and 2 swabs for very young children .. one of 2 months and one of 1.5 years for suspected covid.
After repeated attempts to get in touch I was answered first to call back half an hour later, then that I would be called back in the afternoon or the following morning .. To date I have not yet received a call from anyone. I interpret it as an indication of lack of professional seriousness.
I do not recommend it !!!
