M	Marilena Bocchio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ho chiamato l'assistenza per riparare una lavasciuga miele, al primo intervento ho pagato 70 € senza risultati, il tecnico è tornato dopo 2 giorni e ho pagato altri 50€ senza che la macchina funzionasse, alla terza volta oltre i ricambi, (più di 200€) mi hanno fatto pagare altri 35 € di mano d'opera. Vergognoso I called the assistance to repair a honey-scrubbing machine, at the first intervention I paid € 70 without results, the technician returned after 2 days and I paid another € 50 without the machine working, at the third time beyond the spare parts (more than € 200) I was charged another € 35 of labor. Shameful

Dopo averle spiegato il problema che riscontravo nella lavatrice, ha sbrigativamente asserito che dovevo cambiarla (??!!) senza che nessuno le avesse ancora dato un'occhiata. Ha poi aggiunto che "se proprio volevo farla vedere da un tecnico" (??!!) la sola uscita mi sarebbe costata 50€ (!!!???) - cifra che dalla mia personale esperienza è completamente fuori mercato. Dal momento che dopo questo intervento la lavatrice non funzionava bene li abbiamo chiamati nuovamente per sistemare il problema e nonostante lo stesso loro tecnico abbia riconosciuto che il problema dipendeva da un errore nel primo intervento hanno avuto il coraggio di farci pagare anche il secondo intervento. Vergognoso! Inoltre il tecnico ha adottato nessuna precauzione per la prevenzione del COVID e non indossava nemmeno la mascherina. Lo segnaleremo alle autorità sanitarie! Ho chiamato ieri per un guasto alla lavatrice AEG, la persona che mi ha risposto mi ha detto che mi avrebbe fatto chiamare dal tecnico oggi. Così è stato, il tecnico mi ha contattato questa mattina ed è venuto nel primo pomeriggio. Anche questa persona è stata gentilissima ed ha risolto in breve tempo il problema. Molto onesti anche nel prezzo, considerando che abitiamo a Voghera. Bravi, continuate così!! I would like to point out the courtesy and efficiency of this Assistance Center. Tenuto conto che ho portato la lavatrice presso i loro uffici la prossima volta che avrò un problema con un elettrodomestico Miele andrò a Genova.
