Chiamo ieri per appuntamento con medico dello sport per mio figlio 14enne, mi risponde la segretaria che senza chiedermi altro mi dice con fare aggressivo che devrà comunque pagare come un adulto. La mia risposta è stata che non avevo chiesto il costo della visita , ma mi interessava solo un appuntamento. Allora sempre con fare aggressivo mi dice che la disponibilità è solo lunedì 4 Ottobre al mattino. Io chiedo cortesemente un appuntamento al pomeriggio, perchè al mattino c'è scuola, la risposta piccata è: "signora lunedi mattina il 4 ottpbre o il 18". Io chiudo la telefonata dicendo che mi rivolgerò altrove.
Il mio consiglio per un poliabulatorio è, che il biglietto da visita per chi preota , la segreteria (lo dico da medico che lavora anche in poliambulatorio) .Educate alla cortesia o cambiate segretaria

Then, always with an aggressive attitude, he tells me that the availability is only on Monday 4th October in the morning. I kindly ask for an appointment in the afternoon, because in the morning there is school, the piqued answer is: "lady Monday morning on October 4th or 18th". I close the call by saying that I will go elsewhere.
My advice for a clinic is, that the business card for those who preot, the secretariat (I say this as a doctor who also works in the clinic).
