Ambiente elegante, accogliente e pulito. Staff molto competente, trattamenti particolarmente curati nei dettagli. Bravi! Great. I must say that I have attended many beauty & spa centers and rarely have I been able to find competence and attention to the person as in the Lohara center. Elegant, welcoming and clean environment. Very competent staff, treatments with particular attention to detail. Bravi!
M	Martina Rizzotti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Consigliata da un’amica sono andata in questo centro estetico che si dice benessere, curiosa di provare un nuovo metodo di ceretta chiamato alla brasiliana che consiste in una cera più spessa del normale che dopo essere spalmata e lasciata seccare per qualche minuto viene rimossa senza utilizzo di cartine o altro. Questo metodo “dovrebbe” provocare meno dolore, ritardare di settimane la crescita dei peli e evitare arrossamenti e peli incarniti. Tralasciando il fatto che è stata la ceretta più dolorosa della mia vita, che ho passato 30 minuti ad ascoltare la ragazza parlare di quanto sia un miracolo della ceretta, le mie lamentele sono le seguenti : non avete personale adeguato, una settimana dopo mi ritrovo con peli già in crescita quasi completamente ricresciuti, pruriti dovuti ad infiammazioni, peli incarniti e tanta rabbia poiché la mia amica in questione ha pagato 15€ perché come d pubblicità ‘La prima volta costa come una ceretta normale’ mentre io ho pagato 25€ e come scusa mi sono sentita dire ‘ i prezzi sono cambiati’ in tempo 5 giorni? NON CONSIGLIATO !!! SONO AVIDI E INCOMPETENTI io mi ritrovo a metà agosto con irritazioni e macchie rosse orribili!!! RIVOGLIO I MIEI SOLDI E LA MIA PELLE! Recommended by a friend, I went to this beauty center that is called wellness, curious to try a new waxing method called Brazilian style which consists of a thicker than normal wax that after being spread and left to dry for a few minutes is removed without use of maps or other. This method "should" cause less pain, delay hair growth for weeks and avoid redness and ingrown hair. Aside from the fact that it was the most painful waxing of my life, that I spent 30 minutes listening to the girl talk about how much a waxing miracle is, my complaints are as follows: you don't have adequate staff, a week later I find myself with hair already growing almost completely regrown, itching due to inflammation, ingrown hairs and a lot of anger since my friend in question paid 15 € because as advertising 'The first time costs like a normal wax' while I paid 25 € and how sorry I heard 'the prices have changed' in 5 days? NOT RECOMMENDED !!! THEY ARE GREED AND INCOMPETENT I find myself in mid-August with irritation and horrible red spots !!! I WANT MY MONEY AND MY SKIN!

Non vede null'altro! Così caro Cosimo, secondo me, perdi di vista l'obiettivo e perderai clienti e collaboratrici! I have been a customer for a couple of years because the girls are very good, but unfortunately the owner of the beauty center Mr. Cosimo is really too obsessed with money! He sees nothing else! So dear Cosimo, in my opinion, you lose sight of the goal and you will lose customers and collaborators!

Causa cattiva gestione del personale vi è un continuo cambio dello stesso. Prezzi alti ( ed anche variabili)Nessuna scontistica anche per i clienti fideilizzati. Mancanza di empatia e disponibilità del proprietario.Peccato davvero..... Large and elegant wellness center (aesthetics and hairdresser), located on the outskirts of Gallarate. Due to poor staff management there is a continuous change of staff. High (and also variable) prices No discounts even for trusted customers. Lack of empathy and helpfulness of the owner. Too bad .....

Ho trovato cordialità , professionalità e simpatia, sia dal titolare che dalle ragazze che ci lavorano. Prezzi onesti di base ; ancor più vantaggiosi se si aderisce ad un pacchetto promozione e massaggi di qualità in un bell'ambiente; nota di merito anche per la presenza del lettino riscaldabile cromatico ad acqua che contribuisce all'atmosfera di rilassamento; insieme alle candeline, alla musica new age ed alla tisana finale. Il locale "privacy" con tanto di armadietto e lucchetto; nonchè le ciabattine monouso e l'accappatoio riservato in dotazione, danno quel tocco di classe in più. Un ringraziamento particolare a Jessica e Sara, molto brave e scrupolose nel loro lavoro. Consigliatissimo...anche se, il tutto, " crea dipendenza" :) After so many years of wandering between a wellness center and spa and another; I think I have finally found my point of reference. I found cordiality, professionalism and sympathy, both from the owner and from the girls who work there. Basic honest prices; even more advantageous if you join a promotion package and quality massages in a beautiful environment; note of merit also for the presence of the chromatic water heated bed which contributes to the relaxation atmosphere; together with the candles, new age music and the final herbal tea. The "privacy" room complete with locker and padlock; as well as the disposable slippers and the reserved bathrobe supplied, give that extra touch of class. Special thanks to Jessica and Sara, very good and scrupulous in their work. Highly recommended ... even if everything is "addictive" :)

Il massaggio è sempre perfetto, fatto con professionalità, e me lo posso godere senza temere manovre sbagliate (in altri centri mi è successo...). I prezzi sono decisamente onesti e l’ambiente è molto piacevole e pulito. Ho avuto anche l’occasione di fare due chiacchiere col titolare, che mi è sembrato molto simpatico ma soprattutto appassionato del suo lavoro (ciò che ci vede anche dall’attenta selezione del personale). Lo consiglio!! I know a lot of spas, because I'm a massage addict. I must say that at the Lohara I find something more! The massage is always perfect, done with professionalism, and I can enjoy it without fear of wrong maneuvers (in other centers it has happened to me ...). The prices are very fair and the environment is very pleasant and clean. I also had the opportunity to chat with the owner, who seemed very nice to me but above all passionate about his work (what he also sees from the careful selection of staff). I advise!!
