Ho purtruppo acquistato da Lui, un panchetto da pesca e due accessori per lo stesso. Una volta spediti, mi ha comunicato che aveva fatto due colli. Ma perchè organizzare una spedizione con due colli, quando gli accessori potevano essere comodamente riposti all'interno dello stesso? A casa ricevetti solo gli accessori e una volta comunicatogli mi ha detto di non preoccuparmi perchè la spedizione era assicurata con Poste italiane e che le stesse mi avrebbero rimborsato la spedizione una volta che Lui avrebbe aperto la pratica di rimborso. Ovviamente sto ancora aspettando il rimborso e non riesco più a mettermi in contatto con questo presunto esercente che ha pensato bene di sparire non rispondendo ne al telefono, ne ad e-mail o a comunicazioni di qualsiasi tipo. Da un esercente con tanto di negozio non ti aspetti una cosa simile, ma c'è sempre da imparare.

I unfortunately bought from him a fishing seat and two accessories for the same. Once they were shipped, he informed me that he had made two packages. But why organize an expedition with two packages, when the accessories could be conveniently stored inside it? At home I received only the accessories and once communicated to him he told me not to worry because the shipment was insured with the Italian Post Office and that the same would refund me the shipment once he opened the refund procedure. Obviously I am still waiting for the refund and I can no longer get in touch with this alleged merchant who has seen fit to disappear by not answering the phone, e-mail or communications of any kind. You don't expect such a thing from a shopkeeper with a lot of shop, but there is always something to learn.
