Per avere il preventivo abbiamo dovuto indicare un modello che abbiamo al lavoro e che non da problemi. Prezzo esagerato anche dopo lo sconto del 50 rispetto ad altri preventivi. Tempo perso purtroppo ci siamo basati sulle recensioni . We have allergy problems but the person who came did not know what to propose. To get the quote we had to indicate a model that we have at work and that does not give problems. Price exaggerated even after the 50 discount compared to other quotes. Unfortunately we have wasted time based on reviews.

Ho trovato il loro preventivo più conveniente o simile ma con un'attenzione al cliente fuori dal comune nonostante il periodo estivo quindi per loro il periodo più intenso . Mi hanno fatto un lavoro di installazione perfetto e (particolare importante) pulivano in continuazione per evitare di lasciare sporco. Hanno mantenuto la parola data e a ogni mia domanda anche amministrativa in negozio o al cellulare rispondevano in modo gentile e competente. Straconsigliato e 5 stelle meditate. I chose Firenze Clima after a selection of numerous companies. I found their quote cheaper or similar but with an out-of-the-ordinary customer focus despite the summer period and therefore the most intense period for them. They did a perfect installation job for me and (importantly) cleaned all the time to avoid leaving dirt. They kept their word and answered all my questions, including administrative questions in the shop or on the mobile phone, in a polite and competent way. Highly recommended and thoughtful 5 stars.
