Prima dell'acquisto ho contattato telefonicamente il negozio per verificare la fattibilità e il signore con cui ho parlato è stato molto cordiale nonché disponibilissimo. I fiori sono stati consegnati puntualmente nel giorno stabilito. Oltretutto, siccome la persona interessata non si trovava in hotel al momento della consegna, hanno chiesto al personale della reception di farli trovare in stanza al suo rientro... una piacevolissima sorpresa con dei fiori a dir poco stupendi! Being outside the region, I bought a bouquet of flowers online to be delivered to a person who was staying in a hotel in Rome. Excellent service! Before purchasing, I contacted the shop by phone to check the feasibility and the gentleman I spoke to was very friendly and extremely helpful. The flowers were delivered on time on the appointed day. Moreover, since the person concerned was not at the hotel at the time of delivery, they asked the reception staff to have them found in the room on his return ... a very pleasant surprise with some beautiful flowers!

Avevo quindi aspettative molto alte che devo dire sono state soddisfatte appieno. Il catalogo è ampio, la consegna è gratuita ed affidabile, il servizio clienti molto efficiente. Apprezzo anche il fatto che i fiori usati per i bouquet siano sempre stagionali, per questo se uno o più tra quelli scelti non sono disponibili vengono sostituiti con altri somiglianti ed il risultato finale è quanto più simile a quello desiderato! Grazie mille al signor Roberto Living abroad, after a thorough online search for a birthday gift, I chose Fiori Valle based on various factors and numerous reviews. I therefore had very high expectations which I must say have been fully satisfied. The catalog is large, the delivery is free and reliable, the customer service very efficient. I also appreciate the fact that the flowers used for the bouquets are always seasonal, so if one or more of the chosen ones are not available they are replaced with other similar ones and the final result is as similar to the desired one! Ovviamente scegliendo il tipo di prodotto tramite il sito a seconda della stagione determinati fiori non ci sono e vengono sostituiti da altri. The flowers were stunning and the service a complete white glove! I received a picture of the arrangement before the delivery which was on time as requested, and also a follow-up message on Whatsapp to confirm that the flowers had been successfully delivered. It does not get better than that when you have to rely upon people’s service standards and Fiori Valle has the best practices in place for a successful business and client satisfaction. Beautiful and very stylish bouquet was delivered to her the next morning and she was so happy and said it brightened up her day!
