Buonissimo tutto. Accogliente e delizioso il locale. Come stare a casa.
Yummy all. The restaurant is welcoming and delicious. How to stay home.

Typical Roman cuisine of mediocre quality. The saltimbocca were sailing in the butter while the artichoke frying oil was burnt. I will not return.

FINALMENTE!!! ;)
LONG LAST!!! A true and genuine Roman family-run osteria is not the usual tourist trap !!! A MUST if you want to taste REAL ROMAN CUISINE! Homemade dishes, prepared according to tradition, with genuine flavors, certainly not light, but full and true. To give a touch to the environment, not only the tavern furnishings, but also the typical Roman background music! We will definitely come back to try the amatriciana (where they also provide you with a nice apron) and the gricia. Be careful if you come for a quick meal, maybe it is not the right place ... Here you have to take it easy, because the waiting times are above average ... They are probably in the running-in phase, since they have been open for a few months (end January 2018), but what we ate, was definitely worth the wait. ;)

Locale situato in zona Tiburtina (Roma). Prezzi medio bassi
Local located in the Tiburtina area (Rome). It is not in a central area or on main roads, but easily accessible. The restaurant is small (absolutely book) with 30/40 places but cozy. It almost feels like being at home. Initially lead to all the fried delicious pizzas (free). The cutting board was very good and with good quality cold cuts, while the former were spectacular. Gricia and Amatriciana were delicious but Carbonara was divine. The only downside (which is why I have not given 5stars) is the waitress who was a bit 'sgorbutica. While the owner was friendly and uniquely sympathetic. If you are in the Tiburtina area you should definitely go there. Medium-low prices

Osteria Retrò for Gourmets !! The place is ideal for a clientele without too many pretensions ... the portions are abundant and the prices are right. The atmosphere is typical of an old Roman tavern ... from furniture to managers who treat you like one of the family without too much formal reverence. I would recommend booking because the environment is not very great. Unsuitable bathroom accessible to disabled people due to a flight of stairs. Overall it's not excellent but you eat and you feel good (and that's what counts) 4 stars deserve! recommended!

Nice place. Not for visitors, it's for locals. That's why visitors should go there and discover it. I mean fried stuff were gorgeous. And pasta gricia and carbonara were super. The owner is a middle aged guy, his soul is kind of authentic of the city, very "Roman". I strongly recommend that.

The owners are delightful. The staff attentive and friendly and the food is just spectacular. Started with the Zucchini Parcels and on to the the Pigs check and picorello cheese pasta both of which were fantastic and had the deep fried flower artichoke to share which was crisply and delicious. Had 4 beers between us a coffee and a Terimisso all in for €61 plus tip. Great food. Great value and such nice people. I can't wait to go back.
