Ma più nello specifico c'era solo un problema: come pagare? Essendo lontano come poter pagare fisicamente? Mi ha risposto che non c'era nessun problema perché potevo anche pagare con la PostePay a distanza e per il messaggio da mettere sul biglietto di mandarlo tramite WhatsApp. Non appena terminata la chiamata la Sig Annamaria mi ha mandato molte foto con i relativi prezzi e lo stile di ogni fiore in questo caso "mimose" Insomma alla fine; tutto bene ciò che finisce bene! Abbiamo concordato il tutto tramite messaggi è la sorpresa è stata molto gradita! Nonostante l'età è molto competente e al passo coi tempi di noi giovani! ? Grazie mille ancora di tutto!? Non solo mi ha saputa consigliare su quali colori e fiori fossero più’ adatti all’occasione ma ha anche contattato terzi per capire a quale indirizzo sarebbe stato più idoneo effettuare la consegna. Sono molto soddisfatta dalla composizione floreale che la signora Santomauro ha messo insieme. E’ molto più’ bella di quella che avevo in mente e dimostra grande professionalità’. La signora Anna e’ una persona che si contraddistingue per gusto, gentilezza e che si fa in quattro per i propri clienti. L’intera procedura d’acquisto e’ stata molto trasparente. Prima di recapitare i fiori mi sono state inviate varie fotografie per verificare se fossi soddisfatta e mi e’ stato inviato un messaggio anche ad avvenuta consegna. Da raccomandare.
