★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho ordinato per la laurea della mia ragazza un mazzo di tulipani gialli. Quando pochi minuti prima dell’evento sono andato a ritirarli, ho scoperto che i tulipani che mi avevano messo ancora non erano fioriti e che quindi il mazzo era completamente verde!!
Si sono giustificati dicendo che li avevo ordinati lunedì mattina per mercoledì e che quindi non avevano fatto in tempo a fiorire. Ovviamente, se avessero avvertito del rischio, avrei assolutamente evitato di acquistarli.
Ero andato in questo negozio nonostante il prezzo fosse quasi il doppio rispetto ad altri in zona sperando nella qualità. Deluso
I ordered a bouquet of yellow tulips for my girlfriend's graduation. When I went to collect them a few minutes before the event, I discovered that the tulips they had put on me had not yet bloomed and therefore the bouquet was completely green !!
They justified themselves by saying that I had ordered them Monday morning for Wednesday and therefore they had not had time to bloom. Obviously, if they had warned of the risk, I would have absolutely avoided buying them.
I went to this shop despite the price being almost double that of others in the area hoping for quality. Disappointed

Ho semplicemente chiesto informazioni sul costo della pianta, la signora con i capelli neri e corti mi ha trattata malissimo.
Mi ha detto che non aveva tempo perché stava servendo altri clienti, evidentemente più facoltosi dato giacca e cravatta, e dunque con loro doveva essere gentile.
Alla fine dopo aver atteso per oltre 20 minuti si è degnata a liquidarmi con un "costa 30 euro" ha risposto dandomi perfino le spalle e parlando senza nemmeno guardarmi in faccia.
Non metterò mai più piede in questo posto nonostante sia dietro casa e nonostante io spenda tanto in piante e fiori.
Per me possono chiudere e fare la fame.
