Small flower shop in the center of Grado, well stocked and with a wide choice of compositions and splendid vases. The owners are very helpful and generous in satisfying all tastes and needs in the best possible way. This activity is a gem, congratulations again to the ladies ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordinato un mazzo di fiori per San Valentino dando come budget di **,00 euro e pagato all’istante chiedendo anche alcuni fiori specifici presenti in negozio e concordati; il giorno dopo, al ritiro del mazzo presso il negozio, mi viene consegnato un mazzetto a parer mio assolutamente fuori luogo (ad ogni evento possibile e anche in giorni feriali regalo fiori alla mia ragazza)... il signore del negozio mi dice “ah scusa costa di meno, e mi restituisce 5€”
Secondo voi, se un cliente ordina tot, ed il fornitore gli da di meno, tornandogli i soldi, il cliente è soddisfatto?
Ordered a bouquet of flowers for Valentine's Day with a budget of **, 00 euros and paid instantly by asking for some specific flowers present in the shop and agreed upon; the next day, when I pick up the bouquet at the shop, I am given a bunch in my opinion absolutely out of place (at every possible event and also on weekdays I give flowers to my girlfriend) ... the gentleman of the shop tells me "ah sorry it costs less, and gives me back 5 € "
In your opinion, if a customer orders tot, and the supplier gives him less, returning the money, is the customer satisfied?
