★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, die über gute Deutschkenntnisse verfügten und hilfsbereit waren. Bei unserer Anreisezeit war die Agentur sehr flexibel. Unsere Unterkunft war etwas in die Jahre gekommen, dafür aber sehr zentral gelegen.
 Very friendly staff who spoke German well and were helpful. The agency was very flexible when we arrived. Our accommodation was a bit old, but very centrally located.

Po prípade platená pláž sa dala obísť a ísť zadarmo po neplatenej lebo ráno bol obrovský odliv a nikto si vás ani nevšimol lebo ľudia sa tam prechádzali
V spoplatnený lehatiek na plazi mala agentúra chaos a chceli nás vyhodiť a museli sme si to ísť vybaviť do agentúry

In case of a paid beach you could get around and go for free after unpaid because in the morning there was a huge low tide and no one even noticed you because people were walking there
The agency had chaos in the paid sunbeds on the beach and they wanted to throw us out and we had to go and arrange it for the agency.
Otherwise quite OK

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale serio, qualificato e molto ospitale. Giovani con tanta voglia di fare. L' appartamento in cui abbiamo alloggiato nella zona della spiaggia libera era molto carino e pulito. Torneremo sicuramente a Grado presto!
Serious, qualified and very hospitable staff. Young people with a great desire to do. The apartment where we stayed in the free beach area was very nice and clean. We will definitely return to Grado soon!
