Mi chiamano per sottopormi la visione di una villa in zona, essendo io iscritto al loro network per trovare casa in affitto (per il momento). Parlo al telefono con la signora Claudia Ferrari, la quale mi fissa un appuntamento per vedere una villa. Gli spiego che vengo da Roma, e che quindi prenderò un treno per Brescia solo per questo nostro appuntamento. Mi conferma tutto via mail. La chiamo dopo 2 giorni per spostare l'appuntamento di un ora, e qui scopro la sorpresa. La signora ha fatto vedere la villa la sera prima ad un altra persona che è molto interessata, e farà una proposta. Quindi il mio appuntamento è saltato e lei non si è neanche degnata di avvisarmi. LA PROFESSIONALITÀ NON SANNO NEANCHE DOVE SI TROVA, SI DOVREBBERO VERGOGNARE PER IL COMPORTAMENTO AVUTO, E INVECE NON SI PREOCCUPANO NEANCHE DI MANDARTI DELLE "SCUSE".
I strongly advise against this agency. A total shame. They call me to submit the vision of a villa in the area, being I registered with their network to find a house for rent (for the moment). I speak on the phone with Mrs Claudia Ferrari, who makes an appointment for me to see a villa. I explain to him that I come from Rome, and that therefore I will take a train to Brescia just for our appointment. I confirm everything by email. I call her after 2 days to postpone the appointment for an hour, and here I discover the surprise. The lady showed the villa the night before to another person who is very interested, and will make a proposal. So my appointment was missed and she didn't even bother to warn me. PROFESSIONALISM DOES NOT KNOW EVEN WHERE IT IS FOUND, THEY SHOULD BE SHAME FOR THE CONDUCT HAD, AND HOWEVER THEY DO NOT WORRY ALSO TO SEND YOU AN "EXCUSE".
