Ho effettuato la ricerca di un concessionario Guzzi e ho trovato il concessionario FIORENZI. Mi sono recato in concessionaria. Mi hanno indirizzato in officina e ho trovato il capo officina e il suo collaboratore. Ho potuto riscontrare cortesia gentilezza, disponibilità e professionalità. Spiego il problema, mostro la moto, guarda rapidamente e dice che il problema era interno e non risolvibile. Gli spiego che la frizione aveva poco piu di 4000Km e che era stata fatta integralmente. Mi viene detto che poteva essere l'asta spingi-disco piegata. Asta spingidisco con 4000Km di vita. Fatto sta che era solamente una vite di registro. Superficiali e per nulla professionali. Capisco che sia Agosto e si è stanchi, ma conviene chiudere e andare in vacanza. Almeno non mi hanno fatto pagare la "consulenza" o il fusibile che mi serviva. 10/10 non tornerei mai Presented in the workshop on 2 August for a clutch problem while I was on vacation. È stato un rapporto di compra vendita di pari fiducia, ripagata a pieno. Peccato abito lontano e non potrò far seguire la manutenzione a loro della mia RS660. Luigi, Il ragazzo che mi ha seguito durante tutto il processo e' stato molto professionale e gentile dandomi la possibilita' di fare una prova su strada e rispondendo a tutti i miei dubbi. Anche tutto il resto del team e' professionale e gentile. Alla fine ho acquistato la moto che e' stata preparata alla perfezione anche con gli optional extra da me richiesti. Il giorno che sono andato a ritirare la moto tutta la documentazione era pronta e il capo officina mi ha spiegato attentamente le funzioni della moto e le scadenze dei tagliandi. Ovviamente, vista la professionalita' e essendo officina autorizzata moto guzzi, continuero' a fare i tagliandi da loro. L'acquisto della mia prima moto per me era un momento molto importante e sono stato molto soddisfatto da tutto il processo. The rest of the team is also professional and kind. In the end I bought the bike which was perfectly prepared even with the extra options I requested. The day I went to collect the bike, all the documentation was ready and the foreman carefully explained the functions of the bike and the service deadlines. Obviously, given the professionalism and being an authorized Moto Guzzi workshop, I will continue to have them serviced.
