★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Devo dare una stella purtroppo...Comprato moto usata spacciata per praticamente nuova che si è rivelata tutto tranne che nuova!! non a caso poco dopo si è rotta e mi ritrovo ,a distanza di un anno dopo mille discussioni, che ancora non posso usare la moto nonostante aver pagato svariati soldi in più per comprare i ricambi. Regna l'incompetenza e il menefreghismo.....EVITATE!!!!!!!!!!!
I have to give a star unfortunately ... I bought a used bike passed off as practically new which turned out to be anything but new !! it is no coincidence that it broke shortly after and I find myself, a year later after a thousand discussions, that I still cannot use the bike despite having paid a lot of extra money to buy spare parts. Incompetence and indifference reigns ..... AVOID !!!!!!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Conosco la concessionaria Brenz Moto da molti anni ed a partire dal 2014 ho acquistato presso di loro due R1200GS Adventure, una F800GS ed una R nineT. Posso affermare che tutto lo staff si distingue per professionalità, gentilezza ed attenzione verso il cliente; nei miei confronti non c’è mai stato il benché minimo disservizio, sia durante l’acquisto che nel post-vendita, quindi mi lasciano molto perplesso le recensioni basse che ho avuto modo di leggere qui su Google. Per me sono bravi tutti! Forza Brenz crew!
I have known the Brenz Moto dealership for many years and starting from 2014 I bought from them two R1200GS Adventure, one F800GS and one R nineT. I can affirm that all the staff is distinguished by professionalism, kindness and attention to the customer; There has never been the slightest disservice to me, both during purchase and after-sales, so the low reviews I have been able to read here on Google leave me very perplexed. For me they are all good! Come on Brenz crew!
