Poca sensibilità, svogliatezza e chiusura prematura riguardo l’argomento. Non mi demoralizzo, troverò sicuramente qualche altro professionista a cui rivolgermi che nella sua posizione abbia il tatto adeguato, o semplicemente l’umanità di ascoltare.
