β β β β β The field, the atmosphere, the game, it was all great. And it was so easy to book the tickets and get to the game. It is not one of those mega stadiums, traffic was easy, it is in the heart of Florence. Just a lovely way to spend a Sunday afternoon. My advice, just get there.

β β β β β I just bought a tickets for Fiorentina - AC Milan via Fiorentina Point, as a foreigner I couldnt buy one via Ticketone, because you need the loyalty card as well.
I wasn't expecting such a quick response times, perfect English (on the phone and via email) and very kind staff.

β β β β β Great experience and user journey !!! Lorenzo and his colleagues did a great job. Asked for tickets, within 10 minutes I received a purchase form. Additional question was answered immediately. Submitted filled-out purchase form and 15 minutes later I received my tickets.

β β β β β We wrote an e-mail in English but we receive an answer in Italian. Even if we send a second e-mail, still we receive answer in Italian. But I finally used Google Translate. When I finally understood the process, the form and everything, I had an amazing service, really quick to answer and really professionnal. You just have to deal with the language barrier, but that's why they are Internet tools for that!
