Consigliatissimo da provare e da preferire come punto di riferimento quando si è nei paraggi. Exceptional trattoria restaurant in the quiet village of Valleremita, familiarity and courtesy of the managers, genuine and traditional dishes, exquisite meat. Highly recommended to try and to be preferred as a reference when you are around.

Ovviamente non grande scelta e tutto fatto con calma, come preventivabile con i ritmi del posto. Una piccola critica per la crescia farcita assaggiata per merenda, della quale salvo la cicoria (veramente ripassata, non solo a parole), mentre la crescia era una pizza un po' insipida e con una sola fetta di crudo. In compenso il caffè era buono e la birra fredda a dovere. Bar-trattoria-tobacconist in this small hamlet. The classic all-rounder shop, visited on a Sunday excursion along the valley. Obviously not a great choice and all done calmly, as expected with the rhythms of the place. A small criticism for the stuffed crescia tasted as a snack, of which except for the chicory (really sautéed, not just in words), while the crescia was a slightly insipid pizza with a single slice of raw ham. On the other hand, the coffee was good and the beer cold enough.

Consiglio la Crescia Marchigiana con farina di granturco fatta come una volta , oramai introvabile in altri ristoranti. Excellent bar / restaurant in the beautiful village of Valleremita, homemade cuisine, excellent pizza and crescia cooked in a wood oven. I recommend the Crescia Marchigiana with corn flour made as it once was, now unavailable in other restaurants.

Stavolta addirittura eravamo in sette di ritorno da una escursione e, nonostante abbiamo dovuto aspettare che si liberasse un tavolo alle 15,30, la cucina è rimasta aperta per noi. Una Polenta con sugo rosso, due polenta con sugo bianco ai funghi e quattro tagliatelle fatte in casa con ragù. Spezzatino di maiale con contorno di verdure in padella e, specialità del luogo, pane de 'na volta. Dolci. Servizio veloce e sempre con il sorriso sulla bocca da parte della cameriera "padrona di casa". Alle 17 circa abbiamo preso il caffè e la "mia" grappa direttamente al bar ma esclusivamente per nostra libera scelta. Conto onesto Anche le altre volte sono rimasto soddisfatto. Oltre il ristorante e il bar c'è anche l'alimentari che anche la domenica è aperto la mattina e apre di nuovo nel pomeriggio I have lunch in this place three times, always at times (after 2.30 pm) well outside the normal services but I have always been well received. This time there were even seven of us returning from an excursion and, although we had to wait for a table to become available at 15.30, the kitchen remained open for us. One polenta with red sauce, two polenta with white mushroom sauce and four homemade tagliatelle with meat sauce.
