Prima inviano fatture all'indirizzo sbagliato per un tot di mesi (non riusciamo nemmeno a segnare un indirizzo giusto a quanto pare). Poi iniziano a mandare solleciti di pagamento senza nemmeno mandare la bolletta. Poi si comportano in modo arrogante e da cafoni. Sono pessimi, in tutto. Un anno a combattere con degli zotici. Scema io che ho aspettato tutto sto tempo. Cambiate, cambiate, cambiate. Servizio pessimo!!!!
I would like the option minus no stars because with one we already raise the average. First they send invoices to the wrong address for a few months (we can't even mark a right address apparently). Then they start sending payment reminders without even sending the bill. Then they behave arrogantly and peasants. They are bad at all. A year to fight with zoticos. I fool that I've waited all this time. Change, change, change. Bad service !!!!
