★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono già un paio di anni che ho acquistato i serramenti Internorm il portone Pirnar, le grate ed un cancello esterno costruito da loro e debbo essere sincero perché prima di rivolgermi alla ditta ho fatto un giro su altri prodotti analoghi.
In primis i motivi che mi hanno fatto orientare su questa ditta sono stati non solo il prezzo competitivo ma anche la disponibilità e la competenza nelle proposte alle esigenze particolari del cliente.
La conferma sulla scelta giusta l’ho avuta sia nella fase della messa in opera con installatori efficienti ed attenti al particolare sia alla disponibilità dell’intera struttura tecnica ed amministrativa sia nella disponibilità post vendita (che io considero fondamentale) con la struttura sempre attenta e disponibile alle richieste di assistenza e consigli.
Ditta da consigliare sia per la serramentistica che per le opere in ferro costruite sull’esigenza del cliente nella loro officina

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo aver valutato varie aziende nelle fiere di arredamento ci aveva colpito la qualità dei materiali dei prodotti Internorm. Ci siamo rivolti alla sede di Tolmezzo perchè aveva un vasto showroom e Stefano e Ivan ci hanno seguito con professionalità e pazienza. Abbiamo scelto serramenti in PVC e alluminio , alcuni con scuretti, altri con sistema oscurante. Hanno un buon isolamento termico e acustico e questo ci ha permesso di avere la casa in classe energetica A4; inoltre si puliscono facilmente cosa molto importante. Le porte interne della Garofoli sia a battente che scorrevoli hanno un design moderno con linee pulite ed essenziali. Il portoncino d'ingresso in alluminio è proprio come lo volevamo ,bello e solido. Siamo davvero.soddisfatti della scelta. Per l'assistenza post-vendita e manutenzione adesso ci rivolgiamo alla sede di Tavagnacco -Finestra 4 e sono sempre disponibili e rapidi.

They have good thermal and acoustic insulation and this has allowed us to have the house in energy class A4; moreover, they are easily cleaned, which is very important. The internal doors of Garofoli both swing and sliding have a modern design with clean and essential lines. The aluminum entrance door is just as we wanted it, beautiful and solid. We are truly satisfied with the choice. For after-sales assistance and maintenance we now turn to the headquarters of Tavagnacco -Finestra 4 and they are always available and quick.

Mi sono trovata benissimo e infatti alcuni mesi fa ho sostituito anche la porta finestra che dà sulla terrazza, acquistandola da loro. Erano mesi ancora freddi e l'isolamento termico ne ha positivamente risentito. Ottimi materiali, durevoli e di qualità, ed esteticamente molto belli. Servizio puntuale e molto professionale. Gentilezza assicurata, poi, che di questi tempi non va sottovalutata.

Andrea venuto su in sopralluogo qui a casa mi ha dato dei suggerimenti proprio da persona qualificata e attenta a soddisfare le esigenze del cliente. Ho installato la combinazione alluminio Internorm grigio scuro esterno e PVC bianco interno con veneziane e tende oscuranti: prodotto eccellente, solido e super funzionale, sorprendente è stato l'isolamento termico e acustico. Ho avuto montatori bravissimi, professionali e puntigliosi nel eseguire il lavoro, installazione perfetta. Quindi direi super soddisfatta. Tempi di consegna rispettati.
