E' stato firmato un contratto pagando come richesto il 50% per inizio lavori specificando inoltre la data di ultimazione lavori. Il giorno della scadenza del contratto aspettavo che portasse il materiale come stabilito da contratto, ma non si è presentato. Sono stati inutili i miei inviti anche legali di far rispettare gli obblighi contrattuali. La risposta era sempre la stessa tra una settimana, tra due settimane, finiamo entro il prossimo mese, siamo arrivati a superare gli anni. Una vera e propria perdita di tempo e denaro. Addirittura un giorno si è presentato chiedendomi un ulteriore tempo per effettuare a mio carico la somma anticipata, tutt'oggi mai ricevuta. Il mio consiglio dopo la mia esperienza negativa ovviamente, prima di fare bonifici del 50% fate in modo di ricevere il materiale e il lavoro, prima di pagare. Da libero professionista questo comportamento è scorretto e si contrappone verso il codice deontologico a cui ogni libero professionista è obbligato ad ottemperare.
