Avevamo quasi concluso la pratica per la richiesta di un prestito personale ma per la mancanza di alcuni documenti, siamo stati costretti a lasciarla in sospeso in attesa di procurarceli, nel frattempo abbiamo ricevuto una proposta da un'altra agenzia finanziaria la quale ci proponeva un tasso d'interesse decisamente piΓΉ basso, e che ci ha consigliato di chiedere la RINUNCIA alla richiesta di credito fatta a Findomestic, sottolineando appunto che dovevamo essere noi a RINUNCIARE, perchΓ© se fossero stati loro a rifiutarla avremmo avuto problemi ad ottenere un altro prestito da qualsiasi altra agenzia, e specificando che per legge loro sono obbligati a rilasciarci una delibera. Ebbene nonostante avessimo specificato alla Sig.ra Martina che avevamo bisogno della liberatoria in seguito alla nostra RINUNCIA, lei ha ben pensato di far RIFIUTARE la nostra richiesta, in modo tale da essere rifiutati a prescindere dalle altre finanziarie!! Γ VERGOGNOSO E POCO PROFESSIONALE, vedremo di prendere provvedimenti come possibile. A MAI PIΓ.
Bad experience !!! We had almost completed the application for a personal loan request but due to the lack of some documents, we were forced to leave it pending waiting to get it, in the meantime we received a proposal from another financial agency which proposed a rate to us decidedly lower interest, and which advised us to request the RENUNCIATION of the credit request made to Findomestic, underlining precisely that it was us who should RENOUNCE, because if they had refused it we would have had problems obtaining another loan from any other agency, and specifying that by law they are obliged to issue a resolution to us. Well although we had specified to Ms Martina that we needed the release following our WAIVER, she thought well to REFUSE our request, so as to be refused regardless of the other financial ones !! IT IS SHAME AND LITTLE PROFESSIONAL, we will try to take measures as possible. TO NEVER AGAIN.

β β β β β La professionalita' della ragazza a disposizione dei clienti e' indiscussa. Il problema e' che per richiedere una rateizzazione di un pagamento, uno adesso si deve rivolgere direttamente in filiale perdendo tempo e denaro, quando sarebbe possibile farlo on-line.

β β β β β Δ da parecchio che non mi rivolgo piΓΉ alla Findomestic,e mi sembra che da quello che ho letto fin'ora,io faccia bene ad evitarli,ci sono altri istituti piΓΉ affidabili e seri .
Δ I have not contacted Findomestic for a long time, and it seems to me that from what I have read so far, I do well to avoid them, there are other more reliable and serious institutions.
