Mi è stato rifiutato un finanziamento per uno smartphone con Wind e chiedendo agli operatori (solo a pagamento con costi da ladri) ogni operatore mi dice di fare cose diverse!!! Superficiali e incompetenti,assistenza pari a 0, ti chiudono il telefono in faccia senza darti un minimo di risposte..quindi dopo aver mandato fax, mail ecc.. Dopo quasi un mese ancora non so perché mi è stata rifiutata la carta di credito. Davvero sconsigliati!!! Pessimi è dir poco.
One of the worst experiences ever !!! I was refused a loan for a smartphone with Wind and asking the operators (only for a fee with thieving costs) each operator tells me to do different things !!! Superficial and incompetent, assistance equal to 0, they close the phone in your face without giving you a minimum of answers .. so after sending faxes, e-mails etc. After almost a month I still don't know why my credit card was refused. Really not recommended !!! Bad is an understatement.
