★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo in questi ultimi anni, lo stabilimento, con la maestranza migliore al mondo! È stato affidato a dei dirigenti inutili ed incompetenti! I quali privilegiando a sua volta persone come loro, hanno portato lo stabilimento allo sfascio,preferendo appaltare quasi tutte le lavorazioni in maniera da non farsi carico di tutti i problemi che possono nascere! Cosi facendo hanno messo da parte l'operaio fincantieri che è costretto a vivere con un misero stipendio da metalmeccanico italiano!!! Favorendo lo sfruttamento, da parte dei titolari delle ditte appaltatrici, di personale a basso costo e di turni di lavoro massacranti!!

In doing so they have put aside the fincantieri worker who is forced to live on a paltry salary as an Italian metalworker !!! Favoring the exploitation, by the owners of the contracting firms, of low-cost personnel and exhausting work shifts !!
