Nonostante sono cliente da tempo, molto preciso e puntuale nei pagamenti, ho ricevuto da parte di un operatore ( donna) molto arrogante e poco educata delle risposte non tanto chiare e poco cortesi.Approfitto di questa mia recensione per richiamare il direttore della filiale di Ragusa a fare attenzione al comportamento dei propri dipendenti e far notare soprattutto a loro che oggi lavorano grazie alle difficoltà economiche degli stessi clienti. Seppur fossi molto diffidente a riguardo, mi hanno incredibilmento concesso il prestito richiesto in soli 30 minuti !!! R	ROYALINE SICILIA on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ho diversi finanziamenti con compass e per un motivo bancario a fine mese non hanno potuto far passare dei pagamenti codificati con il c.c. . a questo punto dopo avermi contattato e avuto gli estremi del pagamento da effettuare considerato che era fine settimana sia mo rimasti che sarei andato in banca il lunedi, effettuare i pagamenti il martedi e notificare il tutto il mercoledi. il mercoledi mi hanno chiamato con arroganza e non facendomi nemmeno spiegare, insultandomi e minacciandomi nonostante spiegassi di aver effettuato il pagamento e comunicazione tramite e mail, non credendo che alle 18.30 della telefonata fossi da un medico e mettendo in dubbio la mia pofessionalità e continuandomi a richiamare nonostante dicessi di essere ad una visita. non è la prima volte che accade e due anni fa ho subito anche minacce telefoniche da loro incaricati.
