Surely Ragusa's best bread and focaccia. The classic 'tomato and cheese' is superlative, very seasoned and fragrant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Focacce ripiene più buone di tutta Ragusa. Hanno una varietà immensa di tutto i tipi. Oltre a questo hanno anche un bancone con prosciutti e formaggi, ma è più conosciuta per le squisite focacce (2,50€ circa ma porzioni molto abbondanti)
Filled buns that are better than the rest of Ragusa. They have an immense variety of all types. In addition to this they also have a bar with hams and cheeses, but it is better known for the delicious focaccia (around € 2.50 but very generous portions)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da Silvia e famiglia il pane è ottimo ma una delle cose che vale davvero la pena di comprare ogni giorno è la ricotta fresca, a pranzo è ancora calda ed è un piacere gustarla con il pane di pasta dura. Eccezionale anche la provola. Nell'esercizio poi è anche possibile acquistare dei primi pronti, focacce, insaccati e bevande.
At Silvia and family bread is excellent but one of the things that is really worth buying every day is fresh ricotta, at lunch it is still hot and it is a pleasure to taste it with hard bread. The provola is also exceptional. In the exercise then it is also possible to buy first courses, focaccia, sausages and drinks.
