D	Domenico Gagliardo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oggi 5 giugno 2019, ho chiamato il numero di Milano assistenza clienti in quanto, ieri sul mio cellulare, mi è arrivato un sms che mi avvisava del prossimo addebito il 15 giugno di euro 1,02 contrariamente a quanto confermato dall'impiegato della filiale di Lamezia Terme in data 17 maggio che aveva indicato in 10 centesimi, il mio debito residuo per saldare la carta Easy. L'impiegata del call center, mi ha confermato l'addebito di euro 1,02 senza però spiegarmi come mai nell'area riservata Compass l'importo del saldo fosse zero. Mi ha detto però, che oltre il saldo di 10 centesimi avrei dovuto pagare gli interessi su due acquisti inspiegabilmente registrati a maggio ma effettuati ad aprile, e non ha saputo indicarmi il tasso di interessi applicati. Sono stufo. Che si tengano la cifra richiesta e spero finisca qui. Dopo anni di affidabilità verso la Compass, oggi ne parlerò in modo negativo. Tolgo le cinque stelle date in precedenza e ne do una sola. Non riescono neanche a comunicarti una risposta per un finanziamento richiesta da già da 3/4 giorni.non sono competenti nel loro lavoro. A	Adam molinaro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ personalmente sconsiglio vivamente di essre clienti compass , nel periodo di emergenza covid-19( primi di marzo ) ci siamo recati con mia moglie( lei titolare di azienda e dei finanziamenti in corso) chiedendo di sospendere i finanziamenti e di accodarli dato che come artigiani rimanevamo chiusi fino a data da decidere. ci dicono che inoltrano la pratica e che sarebbe stato tutto risolto. da allora incominciamo a ricevere telefonate tutti i giorni da uffici vari compass, per i mancati pagamenti, spieghiamo che sicuramente c'e' un malinteso dato che abbiamo sospeso i pagamenti,comunque ci ri-rechiamo in sede a lamezia terme e ci dicono che la nostra pratica ancora l'avevamo sulla scrivania ,in pratica non l'avevano mai inviata. dopo cio' ci assicurano che invieranno al piu' presto la pratica. continuano a tuttora le tefefonate da uffici compass di tutt'italia piu' agenzie di recupero credito. penso lavorare cosi' era meglio per la compass chiudere e mandare tutti i dipendenti a casa dato che sono capaci di fare solo danni da incompetenti. ps. ad oggi mi richiamano per pagare il tutto in unica soluzione piu'gli oneri. ora mi rivolgo ad un legale cosi' la prossima volta (non per me,mai piu') impareranno a trattare con le persone. solo una massa di deficenti,e incompetenti. attendo risposta ora I personally strongly advise against being compass customers, in the covid-19 emergency period (early March) we went with my wife (she owns a company and ongoing loans) asking to suspend the loans and to queue them as we remained as artisans closed until date to be decided. they tell us that they are submitting the file and that everything would have been solved. since then we begin to receive phone calls every day from various compass offices, for non-payments, we explain that there is certainly a misunderstanding since we have suspended payments, however we go back to the office in Lamezia Terme and tell us that the we still had our practice on the desk, in practice they never sent it. after that they assure us that they will send the file as soon as possible. the toll-free calls from compass offices throughout Italy and credit collection agencies continue to this day. I think working like this was better for compass to shut down and send all employees home as they are only capable of doing damage from incompetent people. ps. to date they call me back to pay all in one solution plus the charges. now I turn to a lawyer so next time (not for me, never again) they will learn to deal with people. only a mass of morons, and incompetents. I await an answer now
