★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trovo che in questa specifica agenzia non ci siano ne professionalità ne minimo di competenze per gestire le varie richieste. Personale poco cortese e incapace di spiegare le diverse situazione.. Sono stata dietro di loro per quasi un anno, senza ottenere quello di cui avevo bisogno, ritrovandomi con una marea di richieste, e nessuno è stato in grado di spiegarmi il perché di tali rifiuti. Fatto sta che in un altro istituto non ho avuto nessun problema ad ottenere quanto richiesto e in pochissime ore. In più non sono mai puntuali nel richiamare, passano diversi giorni per conoscere l'esito di una richiesta ed ogni volta sono stata io a dovermi interessare nel contattarli telefonicamente, e molto spesso il tono di risposta è scontroso e poco disponibile. Io non consiglierei a nessuno di avere un esperienza come la mia.
I find that in this specific agency there are neither professionalism nor minimum skills to manage the various requests. Staff not courteous and unable to explain the different situations .. I have been behind them for almost a year, without getting what I needed, finding myself with a lot of requests, and no one was able to explain to me the reason for such refusals . The fact is that in another institute I had no problem obtaining what was requested and in a few hours. In addition, they are never punctual in calling back, several days pass to find out the outcome of a request and every time it was I who had to take an interest in contacting them by phone, and very often the response tone is surly and not very helpful. I would not advise anyone to have an experience like mine.
