Con la sua efficiente squadra sistema il giardino per ogni esigenza di potatura, rinnovo, pulizia e modellatura alberi e siepi. Il mio albero di olive taggiasche è rinato dopo che lo scorso anno lo ha potato. Prima di allora per tanti anni non raccoglievo le preziose olive nere perché si rivelavano tutte bacate. Poi il taglio di Filippo ha permesso alla pianta di prendere aria e sole in quella caratteristica forma ad ombrello rovesciato. Ora le mie olive sono tutte sane e gustose, conservate in vasetti di vetro sotto acqua e sale (salamoia). Sono integre, e per la raccolta mi sono anche dotata di una rete, così non cadono a terra perdendosi. Grazie Filippo a lei ed ai sui collaboratori! With his efficient team he arranges the garden for every need of pruning, renovating, cleaning and shaping trees and hedges. My Taggiasca olive tree has been reborn after I pruned it last year. Before then, for many years I did not collect the precious black olives because they all turned out to be rotten. Then Filippo's cut allowed the plant to take air and sun in that characteristic inverted umbrella shape. Now my olives are all healthy and tasty, stored in glass jars under water and salt (brine). They are intact, and for the collection I have also equipped myself with a net, so they don't fall to the ground and get lost. Thanks Filippo to you and your collaborators!
