In occasione del cambio gomme ho conosciuto Simone il titolare, è stato molto gentile e preparato. oltre al cambio stagionale ho effettuato anche una sanificazione ad ozono dell'abitacolo. Quando i lavori si fanno per passione lo si nota e secondo me è questo il caso. Persone oneste e gentili per non parlare del vantaggio di trovare due titolari sul posto. Al telefono, senza nemmeno vedere l'auto mi hanno fatto controllare un possibile errore e ho sistemato senza spendere un centesimo. Competenti ed onesti, grazie! Purtroppo la sorpresa di oggi mi ha lasciato spiazzato: vado per il cambio gomme invernali (comprate dalla stessa officina quasi 2 anni fa per 950 Euro) e mi dice che non le ha lui. Ovviamente ha atteso a dirmelo nel momento in cui la macchina era gia' pronta per sostituirle. Io lo guardo stupito e spiego che le hai lui le gomme come sempre. Cerca di dare la colpa a me dicendo che le ho portate a casa, quando in realta' sia io che la mia compagna ci ricordiamo che le ha messe via anche andandole a lavare prima di farlo e facendoci notare la cosa. In breve: probabilmente le ha buttate senza avvertire perche' a suo parere troppo usurate. Il tutto senza avvisare e conscio anche del fatto che avessi chiesto di continuare ad usarle. Nessuna scusa o offerta di riparare il danno fatto, solo continua difesa dicendo che la colpa e' mia. Questo dopo anni che vado da loro regolarmente e pago sempre puntualmente quanto chiedono. Purtroppo non si va mai lontani con questo tipo di trattamento del cliente. Vista la mia esperienza dopo anni, immagino come possa essere con nuovi clienti. Esistono officine migliori, consiglio di rivolgersi ad altri. I have been using this workshop for 2-3 years without ever having a problem. Obviously he waited to tell me when the machine was ready to replace them. I look at him amazed and explain that he has the tires as always. He tries to blame me by saying that I brought them home, when in reality both my partner and I remember that he put them away even going to wash them before doing it and pointing out it to us. In short: he probably threw them away without warning because in his opinion they were too worn. All without warning and also aware of the fact that I had asked to continue using them. No apology or offer to repair the damage done, just continued defense saying the fault is mine. This is after years of going to them regularly and always paying on time what they ask for. Unfortunately, you never go far with this type of customer treatment. Given my experience after years, I imagine how it can be with new clients. There are better workshops, I recommend contacting others.

La cosa bella è che fanno tutto dalla carrozzeria alla mecanica, cosi non corro per officine ogni volta. Nella zona sono un punto di riferimento per molti amici e parenti. CONSIGLIATO!!
