Ho scritto e chiamato diverse volte e non ho mai ricevuto risposta, anzi no, una volta sola mi hanno risposto di non preoccuparmi che tanto ci voleva pochissimo tempo a farlo e che entro la data prevista avrei avuto il mio grembiule stampato. Indovina indovinello? Il grembiule NON C’È, ergo, recensione negativa al 100% I asked for an apron to be made for me and although I personally introduced myself to them well in advance (a week before the delivery date), the apron was never delivered to me. I wrote and called several times and I never received an answer, indeed no, only once they answered me not to worry that it took very little time to do it and that by the due date I would have my apron printed. Guess riddle? There is NO apron, ergo, 100% negative review

Mi dicono che ci vogliono 5 max 7 giorni per ricevere l’articolo e che mi avrebbero chiamata loro. Passano 10 giorni, chiamo io e guarda caso il prodotto era arrivato proprio quel giorno. Mi accordo per passare a provare la taglia dopo le ore 15, arrivo e non c’è nessuno. La felpa è arrivata difettata, impossibile da indossare. Il signore che c’è lì a tamponare l’assenza di chi ci lavora mi dice “Mio figlio ha avuto un imprevisto, non c’è, la faccio richiamare”. Me ne vado, aspetto, non mi richiama nessuno. Chiamo io il giorno seguente. Mi mettono in ordine una felpa nuova dicendomi che sarebbe arrivata venerdì, massimo martedì. Il giovedì seguente non avendo ricevuto nessuna telefonata chiamo io, di nuovo. “La felpa arriva oggi” mi dicono. Di venerdì mi reco nuovamente in negozio, ci accordiamo per la personalizzazione e mi viene detto che l’avrebbero stampata sabato e che mi avrebbero mandato la bozza del logo. Oggi è giovedì 25/11. Inutile dire che non si sono più fatti sentire e che ho ordinato altrove. Vergognoso Totally unreliable. I went to the store on 11/2 to order. They tell me that it takes 5 max 7 days to receive the article and that they would have called me. 10 days pass, I call and as it happens the product had arrived that very day. I agree to come and try the size after 3 pm, I arrive and there is no one. The sweatshirt arrived defective, impossible to wear. The gentleman who is there to stop the absence of those who work there tells me "My son has had an unforeseen event, he is not there, I will call you back". I'm leaving, I wait, nobody calls me back. I'll call the following day. They put a new sweatshirt in order and told me it would arrive on Friday, Tuesday at the latest. The following Thursday, not having received any phone calls, I call again. "The sweatshirt arrives today" they tell me. On Friday I go to the store again, we agree on the customization and I am told that they would print it on Saturday and that they would send me the draft of the logo. Today is Thursday 25/11. Needless to say, they no longer made themselves heard and I ordered elsewhere. Shameful

Mi sono presentato personalmente in negozio da loro per farmi fare una stampa su t-shirt per un regalo ben 10 gg prima del compleanno. Ho ricevuto rassicurazioni da un ragazzo che mi ha detto che nel giro di 2 gg mi avrebbe mandato un esempio e, se mi fosse piaciuto, l avrebbe mandato in stampa. Spariti!! Non rispondevano più ai messaggi. Evitate questi personaggi, davvero. Unreliable and not very serious people !! I personally went to their shop to have a print on a t-shirt made for a gift 10 days before the birthday. I received reassurances from a guy who told me that within 2 days he would send me an example and, if I liked it, he would send it to print. Gone!! They no longer replied to messages. Avoid these characters, really.
