Il tagliere di salumi di carne chianina i formaggi di varia stagionatura e la porchetta sono sublimi, basta chiedere in macelleria il ragazzo che serve al banco ti aiuta nella scelta. Sempre gentili e ben disposti. Qualità, prezzo e quantità sono giusti. Obligatory stop for a quick lunch after a visit to the Valdichiana outlet village. The platter of cold cuts of Chianina meat, cheeses of various maturations and the porchetta are sublime, just ask the butcher who serves at the counter to help you make your choice. Always kind and well disposed. Quality, price and quantity are right.

Viaggio per lavoro e qui mi sento a casa arrivo mangio cose genuine e condivido il mio tempo con persone squisite, ma che Domenica, giorno del mio compleanno venisse richiesta per me una fetta di torta con una candelina da dei perfetti sconosciuti, vicini di tavolo, non me lo sarei mai aspettato. Grazie di ❤ Menomale che esistono ancora posti così! Putting the arrow once you have seen the Valdichiana exit is a certainty for me. I travel for work and here I feel at home I eat genuine things and share my time with exquisite people, but that Sunday, my birthday, a slice of cake with a candle was requested for me from perfect strangers, neighbors, I would not have ever expected. Personale gentilissimo. Veramente consigliato! Very tender Chianina meat, even the cutting boards look splendid and are made from the cold cuts that arrive from the butcher's shop downstairs. Staff very kind. Really recommended!

Abbiamo assaggiato un ottimo tagliere di salumi e formaggi del territorio, ed un piatto di pici con un paio di dessert, tutto di ottima qualità. La vicinanza con il villaggio outleet fa si che i prezzi non siano proprio così abbordabili ma vista la qualità non possiamo assolutamente discuterne. Dal Fierli rediscovers a peasant tradition that has been perpetuated for 4 generations. Meat and cured meats of their production throughout the supply chain. We tasted an excellent platter of local cold cuts and cheeses, and a plate of pici with a couple of desserts, all of excellent quality. The proximity to the outleet village means that the prices are not really that affordable but given the quality we cannot possibly argue about it.

Carne e affettati di assoluta qualità, prezzi più che ragionevoli, cottura della carne perfetta, ottima la carta dei vini. Uniche pecche sono state l'impossibilità di scegliere la bistecca t-bone perché disponibile solo sulla costa quel giorno e soprattutto l'aver condito una carne così pregiata come quella della chianina con del pepe, coprendo molto il sapore della stessa. Tuttavia consiglio vivamente di andarci! In addition to a well-stocked butcher's shop, they have a nice and very welcoming restaurant. Nice and competent staff. Top quality meat and cold cuts, more than reasonable prices, perfect cooking of the meat, excellent wine list. The only flaws were the inability to choose the t-bone steak because it was only available on the coast that day and above all the fact that it had seasoned such a fine meat as that of Chianina with pepper, greatly covering the flavor of the same. However I highly recommend going there!

L	Larry Marek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very special restaurant upstairs from a well stocked Fierli Macelleria on the first floor. You will enjoy their well thought out menu. Steaks and burgers are my first choice but there's something tasty for everyone else too. Most everything on the menu comes fresh from the Fairlight family farm including beef from the world famous Chianina cattle. The service is just the best. Don't miss this!
