★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So schön dort, unbedingt besuchen. Gute Speisekarte und eine tolle Auswahl. Das Essen war ausgezeichnet und das Servicepersonal war sehr nett und freundlich. Daumen hoch und weiter so.
 So nice there, definitely visit. Good menu and great variety. The food was excellent and the service staff was very nice and friendly. Thumbs up and keep it up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beste Südtiroler Küche in Meran und Umgebung Besonders der Mohnstudel mit Vanille Soße aber auch die Ultener Brotsuppe und das Hausgemchte Speck Käse Brettl waren super lecker Allein schon wegen der guten Küche auf dieser Alm ist ein Besuch im hinteren Ultental empfehlenswert Bei super Wetter wie es bei mir an 18 Oktober 21 war kann man auch noch vor dem Essen eine tolle Wanderung ab Weißbrunnensee durch tramhafte Landschaft machen und man kommt dabei direkt zur Hütte Nur nicht zu spät zur Hütte Im Ultental scheint nicht so lange die Sonne
Best South Tyrolean cuisine in Merano and the surrounding area, especially the poppy seed stud with vanilla sauce, but also the Ulten bread soup and the homemade bacon cheese platter were super delicious. Just because of the good cuisine on this alpine pasture, a visit to the rear Ulten Valley is recommended On October 18th, 21st you can go on a great hike from Weißbrunnensee through the tram-like landscape before you eat, and you come straight to the hut. Just not too late to the hut. The sun doesn't shine that long in the Ulten valley

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ein Traum von einem Essen. Alles super lecker und frisch zubereitet. Ein Muss: der selbstgemachte Almkäse, die Wurst und der Speck. Ach ja, und die freundliche und herzliche Bedienung nicht zu vergessen.
A dream about a meal. Everything was delicious and freshly prepared. A must: the homemade alpine cheese, the sausage and the bacon. Oh yes, and don't forget the friendly and cordial service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vale davvero la pena fare la camminata di 30/45 minuti (in base all'andatura).
Specialità del posto con ottima polenta e ragù di Cervo. Formaggi e salumi rendono la permanenza piacevole. Una buona birra e si è pronti per altre escursioni.
Lungo il tragitto, diverse scorciatoie con mirtilli, fragoline di bosco (ad agosto) e con la possibilità di passare in mezzo alle vacche al pascolo (docili e mai pericolose).
Particolari i maiali all'aperto che a 2000 metri non avevo mai visto.
La malga è anche il punto di ripartenza per il lago dei Pini (15 minuti le quello dei Pescatori (1h e 30") che purtroppo non abbiamo potuto vedere causa pioggia.
The 30/45 minute walk (depending on your pace) is really worth it.
Local specialties with excellent polenta and deer ragù. Cheeses and cured meats make the stay pleasant. A good beer and you are ready for other excursions.
Along the way, several shortcuts with blueberries, wild strawberries (in August) and with the possibility of passing among the grazing cows (docile and never dangerous).
Particularly the outdoor pigs that I had never seen at 2000 meters.
The hut is also the starting point for Lake dei Pini (15 minutes le that of the Fishermen (1h and 30 ") which unfortunately we could not see due to rain.
