Per un cambio olio su di una vettura di fascia medio bassa mi ha sostituito di sua iniziativa anche il filtro gasolio, fuori da quanto pattuito poche ore prima, il tutto a un prezzo completamente spropositato sparato sul momento a voce alla signorina che ha dovuto inventarsi i prezzi per far tornare il totale sulla ricevuta. Ho pagato ma non ci torno più. Questa non è professionalità nel 2017.
Fast, but not recommended if you don't want surprises. For an oil change on a medium-low-end car, the diesel filter also replaced me on its own initiative, outside of what had been agreed a few hours before, all at a completely disproportionate price shot at the moment verbally to the young lady who had to invent the prices to return the total to the receipt. I paid but I don't go back. This is not professionalism in 2017.

Ho potuto fare tutto con loro senza stress, rottamazione vecchia auto, passaggio di proprietà nuova auto comprata usata, controllo veicolo con ottimo preventivo e sistemazione.
Che dire di più, per ora 5 stelle meritatissime.

I was able to do everything with them without stress, scrapping old cars, passing ownership of new used used cars, checking vehicles with excellent quotes and accommodation.

Stavolta ho trovato molta cortesia, ma qualche incertezza nelle risposte e prezzi decisamente alti rispetto ad altra officina autorizzata Fiat.
Qui di certo non torno.
I reluctantly returned because at my first visit I had been badly treated, nervously as an owner and secretary and my car had come out without the solution to the problem.
This time I found a lot of courtesy, but some uncertainty in the answers and prices decidedly high compared to another Fiat authorized workshop.
Here I certainly don't come back.
