★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Qui si fa arte non vino,Il Nero Capitano(nero d'Avola) superbo è robusto,il Frappato con la sua beva unica,L'Ophiris(Grillo)incredibile bianco dalla struttura soave ma robusta, Il Recucco(Passito) che ci delizierá con il suo gusto dolce e di frutta e L'Aidda(Cerasuolo di Vittoria)unico nel suo cenere con un palato morbido e soave ma allo stesso tempo forte e robusto.
