Producono vini eccezionali, di altissima qualità con metodi davvero innovativi, tra cui la fermentazione in anfora (esattamente come i greci facevano migliaia di anni fa). Davvero vale la visita.
Fantastic experience. The owners have encouraged a jewel of biodiversity that is unique in the area. They produce exceptional wines of the highest quality with truly innovative methods, including fermentation in the jar (just as the Greeks did thousands of years ago). Really worth the visit.
