★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ore 15:30. Entro, facendo la fila, il tipo dell'ufficio mi lascia la comanda per un'equilibratura ed attendo l'auto prima di me. L'operaio finisce di sgommare e gommare le 4 ruote di quell'auto alle 16:45. In questo istante si sono accodati altri clienti ma ora tocca a me..... Non appena vado ad per portare la macchina sul ponte l'operaio mi ferma e mi manda in ufficio per una comunicazione, nel frattempo fa salire sul ponte il cliente dopo di me. Intanto in ufficio, dopo 1 ora e un quarto di attesa passeggiando avanti e indietro, "l'impiegato" che 1 ora e un quarto fa mi ha rilasciato la comanda dicendomi che dopo sarebbe toccato a me, mi fa "sai, quí si lavora su prenotazione, i clienti che sono dopo di te avevano prenotato". Dalla FIFF di Figline Vegliaturo è tutto, Paolo Giuliani a voi le conclusioni. Ovviamente mi son fatto una risata e sono andato dal gommista piú in la che mi ha equilibrato le ruote a soli 5 €.
