Conosciuta grazie ad un grillo veramente buono bevuto in ristorante, e la degustazione non è stata da meno. Tra le varie possibilità di degustazione, noi abbiano scelto il percorso "Val di Noto". La ragazza che ci ha guidati nella degustazione, Elisa mi sembra si chiami, è stata molto competente, entusiasta e sincera nel suo modo di essere. Ci ha trattati molto bene, senza usare tecnicismi nei suoi discorsi, il che ha reso l'esperienza gradevole. Anche il cibo abbinato ai vini è stato di ottima qualità. Consiglio vivamente questa cantina. Non posso paragonarla ad altre cantine dei dintorni, perché non le conosco, ma posso dire che chi sta pensando di fare una degustazione di vini durante la sua vacanza in queste zone, qui andrà a colpo sicuro. I gladly share the welcome experience made today in this winery. Known thanks to a really good cricket drunk in a restaurant, and the tasting was no different. Among the various tasting possibilities, we have chosen the "Val di Noto" route. The girl who guided us in the tasting, Elisa seems to be her name, was very competent, enthusiastic and sincere in her way of being. He treated us very well, without using technicalities in his speeches, which made the experience pleasant. The food paired with the wines was also of excellent quality. I highly recommend this winery. I can't compare it to other wineries in the surrounding area, because I don't know them, but I can say that anyone who is thinking of having a wine tasting during their holiday in these areas will go without fail here.
A	Ale M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo fatto la degustazione con 4 vini, costo 25€ con un tagliere di salumi/formaggi, pane con olio, mosto d'Avola e stuzzicherie varie. I vini sono molto buoni, hanno syrah, nero d'Avola, grillo, catarratto e altri. Le ragazze sono state molto competenti nella spiegazione sia della cantina che sei vini. Unica pecca forse il costo delle bottiglie, leggermente altino per i miei gusti (in media costano circa 13/14€, a parte le riserve), però ripeto, è solo una mia opinione. We did the tasting with 4 wines, cost € 25 with a platter of cold cuts / cheeses, bread with oil, must of Avola and various appetizers. The wines are very good, they have syrah, nero d'Avola, grillo, catarratto and others. The girls were very knowledgeable in explaining both the cellar and six wines. Perhaps the only flaw is the cost of the bottles, slightly high for my tastes (on average they cost about € 13/14, apart from reserves), but I repeat, it is just my opinion.

Very good wines, good value for money and a competent saleswoman in the shop. We were even allowed to take a short tour of the wine cellar.

Vi accoglie la professionalità e la splendida cordialità di Giusy, giovanissima e preparata! Il giro include la visita alla produzione ed ai reparti della Azienda, per terminare nella sala degustazione con filmato molto interessante. In un'ora scarsa fate tutto...bravi. Ottimi i bianchi ed i rossi (il Patrono in particolare). Complimenti! An experience not to be missed for those who love good wine and medium-sized producers. The professionalism and splendid cordiality of Giusy, very young and well-prepared, welcomes you! The tour includes a visit to the production and departments of the company, to end in the tasting room with a very interesting video. In a scarce hour you do everything ... well done. Excellent whites and reds (the Patron in particular). Well done!
