★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima accoglienza , ho chiamato 2 volte prima di visitare la cantina, ma nessuno mi ha risposto. Ho raggiunto comunque la cantina perché nell orario di apertura.
Negli uffici abbiamo parlato con una persona, non autorizzata a farci fare le degustazioni. Anche lui ha tentato di raggiungere telefonicamente il collega ma nessuno ha risposto. Quindi c’è ne siamo andati senza poter fare quello che il sito ritiene possibile e senza fare acquisti. Peccato hanno perso un cliente.
Very bad reception, I called twice before visiting the cellar, but no one answered me. In any case, I reached the cellar because of the opening hours.
In the offices we talked to a person, not authorized to let us do the tastings. He also tried to reach his colleague by telephone but nobody answered. So we went away without being able to do what the site considers possible and without making purchases. Too bad they lost a customer.

Unas bodegas espectaculares y un vino de gran calidad. La finca se encuentra en una zona preciosa, rodeada de viñedos , en un paisaje típico siciliano. Trato afectuoso y muy profesional.
Spectacular winery and a wine of great quality. It is surrounded by vineyards, in a beautiful Sicilian landscape. Affectionate and very professional treatment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mio marito oggi voleva visitare questa casa vinicola e comprare il grillo tinchite dopo averlo provato in ristorante. Oltre a non essere possibile fare la degustazione e a non avere il negozio orari regolari ( fino alle 16 forse...), il vino viene venduto agli stessi prezzi che si trovano su internet ( calcolando scontistiche per 12 bottiglie e vouchers). Nemmeno parlando con i referenti di Feudo Arancio si e' riusciti ad ottenere un prezzo che premia il consumatore disposto a visitare la casa vinicola. Peccato tali disservizi e mancanza di riconoscimento verso i consumatori! Non parliamo poi dei toni telefonici aggressivi ricevuti alla richiesra di un prezzo consono da acquisto diretto nellaCnella Vinicola!
Today my husband wanted to visit this winery and buy the tinchite cricket after trying it in a restaurant. In addition to not being able to do the tasting and not having the shop regular hours (until 16 maybe ...), the wine is sold at the same prices that are on the internet (calculating discounts for 12 bottles and vouchers). Not even speaking with the representatives of Feudo Arancio has it been possible to obtain a price that rewards the consumer willing to visit the winery. Too bad these inefficiencies and lack of recognition towards consumers! Let's not talk about the aggressive telephone tones received when requesting an appropriate price from direct purchase in the Cantella Vinicola!
