Finito e riscosso tutti i pagamenti non risponde alla garanzia nonostante le varie PEC inoltrare. Pessimo servizio. All'apparenza discretamente belle ho già avuto tre problemi di rottura di cerniere e maniglie. Ci sta anche, bimbi molto esuberanti, (anche se qualche dubbio sulla qualità legittimamente viene) ma la cosa scandalosa è la qualità dell'assistenza e soprattutto i tempi di risposta. Da due mesi, pur avendo sollecitato più volte, attendo riscontro per uno stipite che si è staccato. MAI PIÙ!!! L'anno prossimo devo cambiare altre 5 porte, non so da chi andò, ma so di sicuro da chi NON andrò!!! I bought seven new apartment doors from them a year ago. Prende note sbagliate e non si attiene alle indicazione del cliente, dà appuntamento per rendersi conto solo all'arrivo del cliente che il materiale da visionare non c'è (consiglio inoltre di assicurarsi che le voci caricate in fattura corrispondano poi al prodotto realmente consegnato). Da dimenticare il proprietario: si comporta da prepotente mancando di lungimiranza e ascolto del cliente (per intenderci, per lui il cliente ha sempre ragione purché l'opinione che ha sia uguale alla sua). Attenzione al montaggio, il prodotto è stato graffiato durante la messa in opera. A parte questa sordità nell'ascoltare le richieste e la totale incapacità di ammettere i propri errori e risolvere i problemi causati, il prodotto sembra di buona fattura. MAI PIÙ! Bad experience. Avere un unico interlocutore per me è stato veramente diciamo comodo. Non sentendoli ancora ho richiamato tantissime volte consecutivamente anche nello stesso giorno ma dopo tanta musica saltava tutte le volte la linea. Per la qualità niente da dire quello che ho pagato ho avuto. Bad service experience after less than 5 years of purchase. For 3 times in different weeks they told me put it down we will call you back. Not hearing them yet, I called back many times consecutively even on the same day but after so much music it jumped the line every time. For the quality nothing to say what I paid I got.
