Dovrebbero rimborsare il biglietto nell'istante in cui si dovesse verificare un ritardo o un altro tipo di problema.
They should update their app by putting on which platform a particular train will arrive.
They should refund the ticket at the instant a delay or other type of problem occurs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vicc. Sztrájk van. Megvettem a vonatjegyet és busszal zötyögünk Cadorna felé. Számomra nem is volt egyértelmű hogy a malpensa express sem fog járni.
Joke. There is a strike. I bought the train ticket and we take a bus to Cadorna. It wasn’t even clear to me that the malpensa express wouldn’t work either.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Questa è una considerazione sui "Servizi" offerti al pubblico, presso la Stazione Ferrovie Nord di Varese. Il prezzo della prestazione è di 1 euro ma la qualità del servizio, a mio giudizio, è scarsa e, di più non rilasciano nemmeno la ricevuta, qualche mese fa lo facevano. Ho chiesto mi dessero un fazzolettino perché potessi evitare di toccare con le mani ma mi hanno risposto che non era possibile per via del Covid. Anche la pulizia lascia a desiderare.
This is a consideration of the "Services" offered to the public at the Varese Nord Railway Station. The price of the service is 1 euro but the quality of the service, in my opinion, is poor and, moreover, they do not even issue the receipt, a few months ago they did. I asked them to give me a handkerchief so that I could avoid touching them with my hands but they replied that it was not possible due to Covid. Cleanliness also leaves something to be desired.
