★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wouldn't recommend at all!! We waited more then two hours until everybody got there food and it wasn't even good. The cuisine is not elaborate nor is it italian.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were there as a bigger group, and we got our food after about 2.5 hours. Since we were a bigger group the manager made one of us, a GUEST, take the order for everyone.
The service is beyond miserable, they serve you old popcorn for whatever reason.
The food was below par and so was the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a desaster! Do not visit this place in case you are planning to eat with a group of 5+ (We were 23). Slow, slower, Ferro & Fuoco! The server didn't even want to collect our orders (one of our classmates had to). The bun of my burger was soggy which makes the burger impossible to eat with fingers. But still, it tasted quite good. The fries were overcooked, the dip sauce could have been more. For € 13.5 (+ €2 again just for the dishes, I mean what is that?!) I expect more. Disappointed

I went to the place to take away, paid for two hamburguers and waited there for about an hour!! i've asked for two hamburguers with no bacon and guess what, when I arrived home realized there was bacon on them. And the hamburguers, well, what could I say...no cheddar at all. The meat was not completely cooked. And each burguer costs 10 euros!!! I'll simply go to McDonalds next time
