★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Passo di fretta da questo posto per un pezzo di focaccia al formaggio richiestomi da mia moglie. In prima battuta mi si chiede di aspettare, ma quando dico che nn posso fermarmi il signore mi chiede di attendere un momento perché forse era in forno (già puzzava di fregatura ma nn volevo e non potevo uscire a mani vuote, ma sarebbe bastato chiedermi di scegliere altro). Il signore prende un vassoio con vecchie pizze sul bancone e riscalda 2 pezzi di pizza con formaggio che stavano a prendere aria in vetrina chissà da quanto e mi chiede 5 euro (immagino avrà anche gioito per l'ottimo affare!)...un insulto alla focaccia genovese ed ai ristoratori genovesi. Consiglio spassionato ai turisti che passano qui x caso...intorno ci sono ottimi forni, quindi non fate il mio stesso errore e STATE ALLA LARGA!!! NB: ad onor di cronaca, la quantità acquistata è doppia rispetto a quella in foto perché i 2 pezzi di pizza sono stati divisi a loro volta in 2.
I hurry from this place to a piece of cheese focaccia requested by my wife. In the first instance I am asked to wait, but when I say that I can't stop, the gentleman asks me to wait a moment because maybe he was in the oven (he already smelled of a rip-off but I didn't want to and I couldn't go out empty-handed, but it would have been enough to ask me to choose another). The gentleman takes a tray with old pizzas on the counter and heats 2 pieces of pizza with cheese that were taking air in the window who knows how long and asks me 5 euros (I guess he will also have rejoiced for the excellent deal!) ... an insult Genovese focaccia and the Genoese restaurateurs. Council dispassionate to the tourists who pass here x case ... around there are excellent ovens, so don't make the same mistake and STAY AWAY !!! NB: to tell the truth, the quantity purchased is double compared to the one in the picture because the 2 pieces of pizza were in turn divided into 2.
