Professionalità, disponibiltà e cortesia = zero. Ci sono altri corrieri molto più seri evidentemente. Infati un altro corriere mi ha risposto e io ho il mio oggetto prezioso in casa mia, perfetto. I miei fornitori, per spedire al mio indirizzo, non si serviranno più di Ferrari, visto che si può scegliere il corriere di fiducia. E con questa gente manca proprio questo: la fiducia e l'affidabilità.
I have sent a request for a shipment of a valuable item. They didn't even answer me. I trusted fame, but personal experience is always fundamental. Professionalism, availability and courtesy = zero. There are other much more serious carriers obviously. In fact, another courier answered me and I have my precious object in my house, perfect. My suppliers will no longer use Ferrari to ship to my address, as you can choose the courier you trust. And with these people, that's what they lack: trust and reliability.
